I was able to get it to work! I had to delete everything I had done, the AutoGPT folder. I ended up using his link to download the zip file of the latest version from the github site. Once I extracted that folder and all its contents, I followed the rest of the steps exactly as he has them. This ended up working.

Also, if it still isn't working, make sure you update your pythonpath in the environmental variables windows control panel options.
